Currently, Mauricio leads the Automotive and Industrial business for The Chemico Group, a $200 million minority-owned enterprise with 800 employees across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. While he is responsible for full P&L performance, strategic execution, and operational excellence at Chemico, he never loses sight of the human impact of leadership.
